ResMed - Mega Menu

Problem: Increase user NPS and user satisfaction with our e-commerce experience. 

 

Solution: We noticed we had a high number of rage clicks when looking at heat maps of the site so we decided to create a more efficient navigation strategy with a mega menu and 3 category pages.

 

Deliverables: 
- HotJar analysis
- New mega menu design and implementation
- 3 category pages

 

Results: Rage clicks decreased by 32% MoM post implementation of the mega menu and NPS score rose to a 4.2.
